At Bake’d, we take great pride in the quality and presentation of every order. We genuinely hope you enjoy your purchase.

If, upon delivery or pickup, your order is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, please notify us within 24 hours by calling +61 9166 5900 or emailing info@baked.com.au. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

In the case of a damaged order, the product and all original packaging must be retained for assessment. Refunds will be processed only after investigation and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Approved refunds will be issued for the amount paid for the affected item(s). Bake’d will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Please Note:

  • Taste is subjective. We are unable to offer refunds or returns based solely on personal preference.

  • All of our products are handcrafted. While we make every effort to accurately display colours and finishes on our website, slight variations may occur. We cannot accept returns due to minor colour or decorative differences.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on:

    • Sale items

    • Promotional or discounted items

    • Orders cancelled after processing

    • Change of mind purchases

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been processed, prepared, or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
